Our Conservation Partners at the Hutchinson Zoo are offering black-footed ferret plush rewards packets to help protect ferrets in the wild. Order your plush packets

*All proceeds from the patches and plush packets will directly support black-footed ferret conservation through the Association of Zoos & Aquariums’ Saving Animals From Extinction (SAFE) Program.
How your donation helps save Black-footed Ferrets!
  • $15  -   Purchases an enrichment item to help ferrets learn and practice navigation skills before release
  •  $25 -  Provides essential plague protection for one acre of prairie dogs
  •  $50 -  Supplies lifesaving plague vaccine for one black-footed ferret
  •  $100 - Funds on-the-ground biologists for critical field work
  •  $250 - Helps sustain long-term recovery efforts
  • $750 – Purchases microchip ring readers to identify ferrets during field surveys
  • $1500+ - Purchases dusting equipment to protect ferrets and prairie dogs from fleas that may carry plague.
